Calling all fans of The X-Files CCG! We are excited to announce the release of "I Want to Believe", a brand-new, self-playable fan edition featuring 354 meticulously crafted cards. Although the official game was closed in 1997, the passion of our community has kept its spirit alive, culminating in this exceptional expansion made by fans, for fans.
"I Want to Believe" aims to breathe new life into The X-Files CCG, introducing fresh gameplay experiences that capture the intrigue, mystery, and supernatural elements of the beloved TV series. Each card in this edition has been thoughtfully designed to enhance the strategic depth and replayability of the game.
But that's not all. Our dedication to The X-Files CCG extends beyond this new edition. We are currently working on an upcoming mini-expansion set (51 cards) to be completed by 2025, promising even more exciting content for players. You can download here the first draft version, not playtested yet.
For those looking to deepen their understanding of the game, we are proud to present the "Comprehensive Player Guide", a 200-page book created with contributions from numerous fans. This guide takes you on a journey through the history of The X-Files CCG, addressing key questions, providing card lists, discussing merchandise, and offering deck-building tips, resources, glossaries, and links.
We are thrilled to announce that we are developing an online version of The X-Files CCG! This project will allow players to experience the game digitally, making it easier than ever to enjoy thrilling investigations, conspiracy plots, and strategic battles—anytime, anywhere. Best of all, this online adaptation has received the official approval from USPC Games, provided that it remains non-commercial. This means fans can enjoy the game freely, without any costs, ensuring that the X-Files CCG legacy continues to thrive.
